In true NASCAR fashion, we couldn’t end the 2019 Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series season without some manufactured drama, so when weather hit the Homestead-Miami Speedway on Friday, NASCAR decided to cancel qualifying and set the field by the rule book, instead opting for one practice session on Saturday instead of practice and qualifying.
